Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Third-Party Service Authorization

9. Fees and Payment

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AELORA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aelora and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
